For some reason i choose not to leave school this particular weekend. my friends, roommates, everybody i chated somehow left skl for the weekend.

It was the beginning of the semester my final yr and i had nothing much to do so i decided to take a walk. on my way back i was reading the diffrent banners hung along the drive way from the enterance gate.

there were a lot but one in particular stood out. instead of the usual white background or yellow.

this one was purple with black lettering and it read BELIEVERS LOVEWORLD CAMPUS FELLOWSHIP. it was a saturday night i had no plans for church the next day but i was attracted to the banner so i made a mental note to attend their fellowship.

i felt fellowship with banner this nice will be funky u knw. .

. 'give the lord a wiper' kind of place.

Sunday morning i got dressed located the meeting place but it wasnt what i expected. i thot i wld see some yoopee set of pple but instead i saw one small (in stature) girl leading prayers and blasting in tongues.

she was doing it so effortlessly and she wasnt reapeting one word over and over it was flawless. after wards came another student and she talked about Jesus like He was her roommate u know someone she knew personally.

she said many things but the one that struck me was when she said i could live a life free of sickness. i wasnt sick, but every other week i either had malaria or cold or typhoid or fever u know, all the general ones.

so to hear that it was possible to live my life without interruptions from sicknesses got me very, very interested. i had never heard this before.

before the message was over i knew i wanted what they had. when the call for salvation was made i was up.

i got bornagain that day in BLW Unibuja (2003) and since then life has never been sweeter. .
