I Loved to watch football and in 1997 in the city of Benin (Edo State, Nigeria), I decided to go home from work to watch weekend sports on TV. On getting home, I watched the games on the first channel so I decided to check other stations to see if any one is showing something about football, then I saw a young handsome preacher wearing a very nice suit preaching on Tv.

I decided to listen to what he was saying, and realized he was speaking about my situation as things were very tough for me and the reason I watched football was because that was what gives me joy and every other thing was simply not going well with me. He spoke about all I was going through and how I can come out of it and prayed for those of us who were under the influence of the program.

I took down the address of the Church on the screen and drove out to look for the Church that evening. I located the Church, went back home, planning to come the next day for the Church Service to see him.

On getting to the Churh the next day, the atmosphere, the prayers, worship, it was all different for me. It was as though I was in heaven.

I have never been in a place like this in all my life and I was wondering if such a place was really in Benin. Then Pastor Joy Amenkhienan came up and ministered the Word of God to us.

I was blessed listening and after the ministration, she made an alter call and I came forward and gave my life to Christ. Then I was introduced to Foundation School and the Cell System that same day.

I have here in the ministry and there is no going back for me. It has been blissful and gloriious.
