Am always concern about children because of how I got born again. As a child, I didn't know what it was to be a christian or getting born again.

I grew up in a family where God was hadly discuss. We go by the name, Christian but we actually do not know who God is.

The only thing I can remember as a child, was when my mother prayed with rosary at a time when armed robbers came to our house at night. They couldn't come in irrespective of their efforts, though they carted away with some valuables.

We packed out to another neighbourhood in Benin City. We were catholics & hadly go to Church.

We only go to Church occassionally, either by Easter or Christmass/ New Year. We were made to believe that the Church was made for the rich since we were poor.

There's this young man, who was our neighbour & a born again. He goes to Church always & he invited me to Church.

I like going close to him because of his nice attitude & he cares a lot for the children. I agreed & went with him to his Church, National Evangelical Mission at off Mission Road at Benin City.

I got home full of joy, narating my experience in that Church & always looking forward to going again & again. I have never before then been to a Church where people sing & dance like the way they did to God.

The only Church I knew then was Catholic & we go only on festive period. I doubt it, if I've been in Catholic for up to ten times before I find myself in National Evangelical Mission & then I was about 11 years old.

It was there, I heard people speaking in strange language they called Speaking in Tongues. It was really strange, new & funny too, I had to invite one of my elder sisters to witness my experience.

To us, it was fun to see people doing something really strange. We got use to going there & also loved their way of life.

It was a unique way of life. As time goes on, I successfully got my mum going too.

Almost evrybody in my house were goin to this Church because of me. We are 11 in numbers excluding my parents.

My father was initially against our going to this Church but he later joined us. As time goes on, I got filled with God's Words & the HolyGhost, I spoke in tongues even when I did not understand it.

When I was in SS1, I had a three-day fasting, the third day, I was speaking in tongues for the first time in my sleep & I woke up with the tongues, I was shaking & trying to stop it but couldn't until it gradually stopped on it's own. I never had a special time to say the salvation prayer, but I only fell in love with God as a child & all l did was just to follow the Words with love & it made me to understand why our Lord, Jesus instructed us to bring the children to Him.

They just do what you ask them to do, they are good in following instructions & they do not have to think or question authority. My family got save through me & today evrybody in my family is save.

At a time, when I was in SS3 & when I got into the Polythenic, I got into the world, but inside me, I still feel there's something divine about me, I still feel God's grace in me even though I couldn't remember anything that was preached to me. During my ND2 finals, my neighbour, who's in the same school with me though different department got born again & her passion for Christ gave me so much concern that I decided to rededicate myself to God.

I did & was so hungry for God's Word. I got in search for a place of worship & God's Spirit brought me to Christ Embassy in 2008.

From then to date, my life has been upward & forward. I now understand what it is to be a Christian & am enjoying Christianity like never before.

And I've made up my mind to bring up my children only in God's way & they surely will be signs & wonders. For many will come to Christ through them.

I love Pastor Chris, I love Christ Embassy & I love God most for giving me His Words & Spirit & directing to the right ministry where am reigning in life. Halleluyah!!!.
