I thank pastor chris oyakhilome ph. D for creating this platform for me to share my testimony of salvation.
I came from a christian home where my dad doesn't go to church though he religiously like God but thanks to my mum who was doing her best to ensure we devote our live to God. I was born to a family of five where i take the 2nd position.
From 1990 to 1995 when my mum discovered that the anglican church which weve been attending has no effective impact in us she decided to worship in pentecostal church. I was very young then in children's department, i grew up to teenage class then adolescent before graduating to adult congregation.
I was truely nurtured in the word of God, funny enough when messages are preached i feel jesus in my heart even when altar call is made i stay where i am and made some declarations, then after services i go back to my usual way of life, what i mean is i don't get involved in any kind of evil but this is the striking point 'i never found my place in christ'. Thank God for his infinite mercy he has fixed a future plan ahead of me.
By 2010 when i gain my admission into FUTA i was able to attend a tutorial class organised by members of believers love world, after the lecture see what attracted me the dress code of the student that taught whao! He invited me to church i came infact the service was impacting but i wasn't saved that day, i came the following sundays but the 4th sunday as God has planed it the message got through my spirit i couldn't but believed and confess the lord jesus christ halleluyah this was on the 18th of july, 2010 praise God. I thank God for using pastor Henry akasili to transform my life since then till now my live has been from glory to glory.
The only true live is in christianity. I hope my experience would inspire us.
