Firstly, I would like to thank God for the opportunity to testify. The word says – they overcame with the words of their mouth.
I was attacked by a severe fever that caused me to have a dry soar throat on Sunday 15th July 2012. I was coughing hard and I thought that could be an infection as it persisted up until I went to see the Doctor on Friday 20th.
The Doctor gave me some antibiotics to take one tablet before meals.
On Monday 23rd, I dressed up for work after taking the pills.
I used the public transport to work. The distance between the dropping off point and my work place is that long.
By the time I got to my office I was restless, feeling dizzy and without much strength. I tried to have my breakfast at work without success as I felt very heavy.
I then ordered something to eat to which I failed to consume. I felt like throwing up just by the flavour of the food.
Within no time I was taken to the hospital.
I then realised that naturally antibiotics causes nausea and drowsiness.
Long back I remember that when taking such pills you were instructed not even to drive, or use a machine you were given off duty - days to rest but I was not instructed such. At the hospital the sister in charge and the doctor got busy with me.
Immediately, I was connected to the drip sachet. My Pastor – Pastor Jaka came to the hospital and he prayed for me and I knew all was well with me.
However, the doctor took my blood and stool for various tests and they detained me for the night. At night they wanted to give me a third sachet of the drip and I refused telling them that I was not dehydrated.
The results came and they were all negative. The level of sugar, pulse, temperature was very normal.
I was discharged at protest in the afternoon as they wanted me in hospital for another day.
At home I then listened to Pastor Chris on message, Bible Seminar 2.
As the message ends, I received a phone call from the hospital calling me back. On arrival, I was summoned to an office where the doctor, the sister in charge and other two personnel where in an office.
The doctor announced that other results came revealing typhoid disease in me and that they were calling an ambulance to ferry me to the Harare Infectious Disease Hospital – Beatrice. I did not panic and I boldly rejected the results and refused to go to that hospital.
I knew very well that I had no typhoid in me. I am a new creation and have the God kind of life in me.
I had also listened very well to Pastor’s message and was making declarations and my faith was at a higher pick at that time. I told them that I was very well and was going home.
When I went back home I did put the report on the floor and together with my grant-daughters we danced around the report singing “Wonderful Jehovha – Jehovha Wonderful”. I then continued to listen to Pastor’s messages: Bible Seminar 2 and The Power and the Glory of the Kingdom MP3.
After these, I declared wholeness in my body. Wednesday, I attend the Night Service.
In that service again sickness and death was cancelled by my pastor and that marked my normalcy. I thank the Lord for this great ministry of Christ Embassy and for our man of God Pastor Chris.
I thank the Lord for the word of God deposited in me daily. The love showed by my Pastor – Pastor Jaka and the brethren, my husband and children I can only say I am blessed.
May the Lord continue to shine in them. This marked my Special Victory of the month of July 2012.
I have got victory, victory in His Name victory in the name of the Lord. Glory to God!.
